Towing & roadside assistance / Meta Ads
A faster path from roadside problem to towing enquiry.
Get A Tow connects drivers with towing and roadside help across Australia. The campaign had to communicate speed, coverage and a low-friction quote path to people who were often making the decision on a phone and under pressure.

The challenge
The business problem behind the media plan.
Towing demand is time-sensitive, but it is also fragmented by location and incident type. A useful campaign has to reach the right driver, make the service feel available and then remove unnecessary steps from the enquiry.
Trust is especially important when the customer may be stranded. The campaign therefore needed to feel direct and practical rather than over-produced, while still generating enough information for a useful follow-up.
The approach
Make the next customer action obvious.
The acquisition path was framed around the customer's immediate job to be done: get a tow or roadside quote without having to decode a complicated service menu. Mobile-first messages made the action and national coverage clear from the first impression.
The current website-lead campaign used Australia-wide delivery and an offsite conversion objective. Creative and lead capture were assessed together, with completed leads and sustainable acquisition cost taking priority over cheap attention.
Campaign playbook
What the work focused on.
- 01
Put the urgent customer action ahead of broad brand messaging.
- 02
Make service coverage and availability visible immediately.
- 03
Design the entire enquiry path for a customer using one hand on a phone.
- 04
Optimise toward submitted leads, then read cost and quality together.
The outcome
What changed, and what the number means.
Across the latest complete 30 days, the campaign generated 61 leads from A$833.73 in spend. The resulting A$13.67 average cost per lead gave Get A Tow a measurable acquisition stream for a service where timing matters.
The newest campaign produced 56 of those 61 leads from 500 link clicks and 60,055 impressions. Keeping the homepage card on the verified current total is deliberate: the preceding account period was stronger, so an increase claim would not be supported.
