1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Ads Master website. By using the site you agree to them. Services we deliver are governed by the separate written proposal or service agreement signed with you, which prevails over these terms where the two conflict.

2. Use of this website

• You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• You must not copy, reproduce or redistribute site content without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics and code, is owned by or licensed to Ads Master Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright. Deliverables produced under a client engagement transfer to the client in accordance with that engagement’s terms, typically on payment in full.

4. Services and fees

Fees, inclusions and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Advertising spend is separate from management fees and is paid directly to the relevant advertising platform unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed on this site exclude GST and are indicative only.

5. No guarantee of results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions and your own capacity to convert enquiries. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue. Any figures shown on this site are historical examples and are not a prediction of your results.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, pricing, algorithms or account decisions, including account suspensions arising from those platforms’ own policy enforcement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the relevant services or refunding the fees paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the service agreement. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of QLD, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
