Renovations & extensions / Meta Ads
Scaling renovation enquiries from a small starting base.
Bradbury Building Group serves homeowners across West Gippsland with renovations, extensions and design-led building work. The campaign had to build trust before the first site visit and create enough qualified conversations for a high-consideration service.

The challenge
The business problem behind the media plan.
A renovation or extension is not an impulse purchase. Homeowners need confidence in workmanship, communication, timelines and the people they will invite into their home. That makes a generic lead message a poor fit.
The initial comparison period also started from a small lead base. Growth needed to be shown with the raw numbers alongside the percentage so the business could see both the improvement and its true scale.
The approach
Make the next customer action obvious.
Campaign messages used the concerns already present in the customer's decision: reliable trades, clear pricing, local accountability and work built to last. The service mix was grounded in renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and extensions rather than a broad builder claim.
One broad lead-generation ad set carried the active campaign, while static creative made the local quote proposition concrete. Lead volume was measured over equal 30-day periods and read beside spend and cost per lead.
Campaign playbook
What the work focused on.
- 01
Speak to trust, communication and workmanship before aesthetic inspiration.
- 02
Use local West Gippsland coverage as a qualification signal.
- 03
Connect the campaign to specific renovation and extension needs.
- 04
Read growth beside budget and cost per lead so scale keeps its context.
The outcome
What changed, and what the number means.
Leads increased from 15 to 22 across equal 30-day windows, a 46.7% lift rounded to 47% on the homepage. Spend rose by 20.6%, so lead volume grew materially faster than budget.
Cost per lead improved from A$49.62 to A$40.81, a 17.8% reduction. The leading static creative was even more efficient in the latest window, producing 20 leads at A$29.43 each.
