The challenge
The business problem behind the media plan.
A broken spring, jammed track or failed motor creates high intent, but the customer still has to choose between many similar-looking providers. Response time, trust and service-area relevance all influence that decision within a very short window.
The campaign also had to cover different job types without turning the message into a generic list. The objective was to capture useful enquiries and make it obvious that help was available across Greater Sydney.
The approach
Make the next customer action obvious.
Campaign messaging centred on the details that remove hesitation: same-day availability, warranty-backed work, an upfront quote and technicians who service the customer's area. Service themes kept urgent repairs distinct from installations and motor work.
Delivery focused on Sydney and the surrounding 40 kilometres. A mix of service-led and video lead-form campaigns carried the same promise into a concise quote path, giving the account more than one productive source of enquiries.
Campaign playbook
What the work focused on.
- 01
Match urgent repair intent with a specific service promise.
- 02
Use location coverage to reassure customers before they enquire.
- 03
Keep call and quote actions prominent on mobile.
- 04
Judge performance by completed results and cost per result, not clicks alone.
The outcome
What changed, and what the number means.
Leads increased from 78 to 121 across equal 30-day windows, a 55.1% lift. Spend rose by just 9.6% over the same comparison, so the additional volume did not require a matching increase in budget.
Cost per lead fell from A$61.24 to A$43.28, an improvement of 29.3%. The lead-to-link-click rate also rose from 10.58% to 12.63%, showing that a larger share of response became a trackable opportunity.
